Pride Run

Registration for the 2025 San Francisco Pride Run on June 28 is now open! Early-bird pricing has been extended: Register by May 19 for the lowest price.

Celebrating 45 years, the San Francisco Frontrunners Pride Run is a 5K and 10K held on Saturday during Pride Weekend in beautiful Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Whether you are a walker, casual runner, or avid racer, come join us to celebrate and support our LGBTQIA+ community. As you go through the park, you'll see all the colors of the rainbow, hear the cheers of fellow community members, and feel the energy and excitement of the event. And when you cross the finish line, you'll know you helped make a difference in the lives of our community by supporting the run's charity beneficiary.

The event starts near the intersection of Middle Drive West and Metson Road in Golden Gate Park.

Beneficiary

This year, our race will benefit 3rd Street Youth Center and Clinic. Founded in 2005, 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic serves young people ages 12-27 in San Francisco through comprehensive health and empowerment services. The organization operates a full-service healthcare clinic while providing vital support through housing assistance, counseling, workforce development, and youth leadership programs.

3rd Street’s 75-bed shelter, the Lower Polk TAY Navigation Center (The Nav), stands as a beacon of hope for young people aged 18-27 transitioning out of homelessness in San Francisco. This welcoming 24/7 shelter transforms lives by providing not just a warm bed, meals, and safe storage, but the comprehensive support needed to build a stable future. Young residents receive personalized counseling, case management, and support with their educational and career goals – all in a nurturing environment that even welcomes their beloved pets. Centrally located in the city, The Nav empowers vulnerable youth to overcome systemic barriers and write new chapters of independence and wellness during their journey to permanent housing.
