Run a faster 10K
We’re excited to introduce an 8-week group coaching program for the Pride Run / Gay Games 10K, starting May 4th 2026.
Who This Is For
This program is designed for:
- Intermediate runners who have completed a few 10K races
- You are currently running about 15–25 miles per week on a consistent basis.
Duration
8 weeks, beginning the week of May 4
Schedule
The training plan includes at least four runs each week:
Three regular SFFR group runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Monday evening track workout at Kezar Stadium led by Coach Devesh
Coach
Devesh is an RRCA-certified running coach with more than 20 years of experience racing distances from 5Ks to ultramarathons.
