Run Information

  • Both pace groups are no-drop.
  • If the 6 mile pace feels too challenging, runners may join the 4 mile group during the first half of the route.
  • Please obey all traffic signals and cross streets safely.
  • Most intersections are four-way stops, but stay alert for inattentive drivers, especially near Cesar Chavez and Clipper.
  • The route features mostly flat terrain with rolling hills and one longer climb returning through Noe Valley.
  • If you need to shorten your run, much of the route stays close to the J Church Muni line for an easy return.

Coffee Afterwards

After the run we'll grab coffee together. Current possibilities include:

  • Spike's Coffee & Tea
  • SprO Coffee Lab
  • Castro Coffee Company
  • Poesia (coffee & breakfast)

The coffee location may vary from week to week depending on group size.
